Exchange Only, No Refunds

We offer exchanges for products purchased through our online store. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds.

Exchange Procedure

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Notify Us Within 7 Days: If you wish to exchange a product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Contact our customer service team via email at withtj@outlook.com or through our online contact form.

Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired size. Please note that all exchanged products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping:Β 

Malaysia:

  • Return Shipping (Sending Exchange Item to Customers): We are pleased to cover the return shipping costs for sending the exchange item to customers within Malaysia.

Singapore:

  • Sending Exchange Item to Singapore: We are pleased to cover the shipping costs for sending the exchange item to Singapore.
  • Return Shipping (Returning Item to Us): As a small business, we kindly ask customers in Singapore to cover the return shipping costs of the item being returned to us.

Receive Authorization: After notifying us of your intention to exchange a product and receiving authorization, you will be provided with instructions on where to send the item.

Size Availability: If the requested size is available, we will proceed with the exchange process. If the desired size is not available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide store credit for the same value.

Additional Costs: If the product you wish to exchange is of greater value than the replacement item, you will be responsible for covering the price difference. If the replacement item costs less, we will not refund the difference.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Products must be in their original, unworn condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The desired size must be available in our inventory.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Items received as part of a promotional offer, giveaway, or special campaign are considered non-exchangeable.
